I spent three hours in the pool yesterday. I was loathe to get out! I managed a couple of achievements, too.

Swam 6 laps (Breast Stroke) without the noodle. I did cheat and use my arms, though... emoticon

Did a lot of water-walking / marching and arm exercises with the foam barbell.

No weight loss -- but I really feel the toning and strengthening.

MISCELLANEOUS!

Miscellaneous!

Never go backward. Attempt, and do it with all your might. Determination is power.
~ Charles Simmons ~

The following video is about a program (in France) to stop wasting produce. I LOVE it and hope that US food stores will follow suit!

The Color Vibe is a 5K Run / Walk. emoticon It will be in Savannah in October and I AM going to walk!!! emoticon I KNOW that I can do it! emoticon I WANT to do it!emoticon I WILL do it!

www.thecolorvibe.com/savannah.php

Check their website -- www.thecolorvibe.com -- and see if there is one near you!

I am hoping to get some pool time tonight. I swam for 90 minutes last night. It really relaxes me and I sleep so well afterwards. emoticon

I can honestly FEEL myself toning up. My size 3X pants are so loose they are falling off. emoticon That's a lovely feeling. I'll be buying new pants soon... maybe... a size 1X this time? emoticon

In the meantime, I'm using my barbells for strengthening / toning my arms.emoticon Progress is slow, but I persist! emoticon

Chasing *ONE*derland is quite the adventure. I can see it getting ever closer. Sometimes, it's faster and farther ahead, but it never goes out of my sight.

I'm making up ground... and it is not so elusive as it was a few months ago.emoticon

Down to a Size 2X! Go me!

Welcome to Size 2X!

Monday, May 26, 2014

I tried the new pants on this morning... Size 2X and they fit perfectly!!! I am so excited. It's been since probably June of 2010 since I was in a 2X -- that after getting down to a normal-size 16 in 2009.

I'm on my way and it feels so good!

Talk about motivation! I am INSPIRED and ready to rock 'n' roll!
